Large-scale process transformation for a >€4bn revenue corporation in DACH region
Led transformation projects to improve core operational and financial processes, combined with IT modernization and AI-enabled workflows. Managed significant process changes through structured change management and targeted communication, enabling the implementation of more robust processes and delivering cost savings of approximately €3 million through reduced manual effort, fewer errors and rework, as well as cash flow improvements of around €2 million driven by increased process efficiency.
